Cabins on Indian Lake, Ontario

Cabins 8 and 9 on Indian Lake, Ontario
Cabins 8 and 9

SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR 2012
June 30-July 21, 2012: $75 off/adult
WE STILL HAVE OPENINGS FOR 2012

We have eight large cabins and one smaller cabin. Our housekeeping cabins have full size kitchens with stove/oven, refridgerator, freezers for fish, dishes, pots, pans, silverware and cutlery. Each cabin has a three-piece bathroom with hot and cold running water. We also provide bottom sheets, pillows and pillowcases. You'll need to provide your own sleeping bags, dish towels, dish soap and scrub pads for kitchen, personal bath towels and washcloths. We do not allow coffeemakers, toasters, microwaves, or any appliance with a heating element in the cabins because our electricity comes from a diesel generator which limits our electrical output. We do have perculating coffee pots available in all the cabins to be used on top of the stove, for those who drink coffee. For those who are not yet aware of it, you can now bring potatoes across the border to Canada. They allow 10 pounds per person in a commercially packaged bag. Also, we have gasoline for motors and cubed ice for sale at the camp. Feel free to view some of our Indian Lake cabins.

NOTE: NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING IN THE CABINS

ALSO: FREE WI-FI ACCESS TO ALL CABINS

Rates are $365 U.S. per person per week. Nightly rates are $65 U.S. per person. Children ages 9-12 are $183/week or $35/night. Children age 8 and under are FREE.

From May 19 through June 23, 2012, you must pay for a minimum of four people per cabin even if fewer come, with the exception of cabin 7 and ALL cabins the opening week of fishing, which require payment for a minimum of 2 people. This means that if you have four people in your party and one cancels at the last minute, the other three will have to pay for four people, regardless of the circumstances. After June 30, 2012, we do allow groups with fewer than four people to rent the larger cabins for any amount of time.

To secure your reservation, an advance deposit of $350/cabin is required. There is NO refund on deposits. However, they are transferrable to available dates in the same calender year. Reservations will be confirmed when a full deposit has been received. Full deposits must be received within two weeks of booking to confirm your trip.

Regular check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time 10:00 a.m. We do allow our guests to check in earlier than 2:00 p.m. if the cabin is clean and ready to go, but not before 8:00 a.m., unless they want to pay for another night.

Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday. You are welcome to come in on a Friday night if there are openings, however, there will be an extra night's charge of $35/adult plus taxes. Late arrivals or early departures are charged the regular weekly rate. Another person cannot take your place for the rest of the week if you leave early. All reservations booked for a week must pay for full week.

Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.

NOTE: Please purchase your fishing license and live bait before coming to camp. There are now two choices in Ignace for purchasing licenses and bait. Black Bear Gifts, located next to Gramma's Supermarket sells licenses, bait, tackle and all kinds of gifts native to this area. Their phone number is 807-934-6792. Also, the new location for Vern's Minnows is now Gene's Shell Station. They too carry licenses, bait and tackle. Should you need to contact them, their phone number is 807-934-2225.
